Our History

Inovatic Technologies, founded by Philippe Vincent in 1994, initially focused on developing software dedicated to Optical Character Recognition (OCR). Inovatic Services was created in 2000 as a subsidiary to leverage our proprietary Turbolias software for automated financial statement processing. This software replaces manual data entry, reducing outsourcing costs by a third while providing essential data for financial analysis for client banks.

Inovatic has diversified to support SMEs with machine learning technologies for business management applications via the InovaClic platform. Launched this year, it includes financial analysis, SME valuation, and payroll tax credit files, among other innovations.

Milestones

• 1994: Creation of Inovatic (formerly Sysiphe), specializing in automated document extraction.
• 2000: Formation of Inovatic Services, expanding service offerings.
• 2017: Rebranding to Inovatic Technologies, reflecting technological evolution.
• 2018: Launch of InovaClic, a revolutionary product marking continuous innovation.
• 2024: Publication of French and International Patents for Semi-Automatic Sensitive Data Extraction, highlighting our leadership in data extraction technology.
